TeamViewer QuickSupport (for Remote Support) - enables one-time remote access to your system so that your APPROACH/DIH representative can quickly diagnose and resolve issues. You will be asked to provide the APPROACH/DIH support representative with your TeamViewer ID and Password as shown below.
TeamViewer QuickJoin (for Presentations/Demos) - allows you to join a presentation or demo hosted by an APPROACH/DIH representative; you will be able to view the presenter's screen allowing them to demo new features in APPROACH/CARAT or do training on a new module.
