LCA_LAO 46 Cran 30
Type 1 LAD with no obvious perforators.

Anatomy – Very interesting anomaly representing a fusion between: an anomalous LAD from RC Sinus passing low between PA and Ao, even giving off characteristic axial perforator, and Type 1 LAD from usual LCA configuration.

Construction – (Select Settings > Choose Button Q Nums.) Template Q9.A.1 as starting point – then right click and select the larger arcade option.
