Anatomy – Very rare anomaly with LCA appearing as an extension of the distal PDA with retrograde LAD flow.

Construction – (Select Settings > Choose Button Q Nums.) Template Q2.9 sets the stage. Right clicking the PDA presents the variant with unusual connection to a marginal branch. Also septal origin from RCA is presented as Q9.A.1.
