The LM segment attaches to IV Groove LAD at boundary of basal and mid segments.

Anatomy – The intersection of the anomalous segment from the RC Sinus to the IV Groove seen in this instance is similar to the point of intersection when only the dLAD originates from the RC Sinus. This is also the approximate point of intersection when an anomalous RCA originates from the LCA/LAD.
