Case Study A01-1: LCA from RC Sinus - Course High between PA and Ao
Anatomy – An anomalous LCA origin from the RC Sinus can follow a pathway anterior to PA or behind the aorta, but most commonly between the PA and aorta. In this position two variants are seen: a pathway low on sinus close to the septum (most common) and a pathway high on the sinus (as in this example).
